I know I said that the ginger smoothie is my favorite one. Will you mind if I change that opinion now?
Just kidding. I’ll drink both of them. I can’t get enough of these smoothies.
Beside eggs, they are my favorite breakfast.
How can a smoothie keep you full until lunch? – Have a smoothie for breakfast for the next 2 weeks.
Make them your habit. You will start feeling their energy flowing through your body.
Now, back to turmeric. Recently, I talked about how good turmeric is.
I think I shouldn’t praise it too much. It can start showing off.
Jokes aside. If you haven’t used turmeric in your daily routine, start doing that now.
You won’t feel like it’s there. It will make all of your smoothies or salads tastier and make you healthier, too.
The curcumin in the turmeric comes with anti-inflammatory properties that will help you relieve pain.
If you can find any negative side of turmeric, please share it with me.
I know there aren’t any negative effects. Don’t try to find them.
Enough chitchat. Let start making things.
Here are the ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup hemp or coconut milk
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ teaspoon turmeric (or 1 tsp. turmeric)
- 1 fresh banana
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
How to make it?
Just like all other smoothies. Put all of the ingredients together in a blender. Mix until you get that sweet homogenous mixture.
This is your special treat for every morning.

Can you make this without banana if you’re allergic ?
Hello Antha,
I’m sorry, but I don’t think so. I would say use squash instead, but I’m not so sure you are going to get the same effect.
