I’ll use it for breakfast.
Right after I saw this recipe, I knew it would make the perfect breakfast snack. It contains my favorite breakfast food, a banana, and less used peanut butter.
I know the following happened to you.
You woke up from that good night sleep. You are thinking how well you slept last night.
The stretching before bed helped a lot.
Before making that nice and nutritive breakfast, you go into the bathroom for finishing your morning rituals.
The breakfast waits for you on the table. You eat and now it’s time to get ready for work.
But there is something missing. You feel like you should eat something else. Maybe a snack or some chocolate bar.
Don’t ruin your healthy lifestyle. I have exactly what you need.
This 2-ingredient peanut-butter ice cream is just perfect.
It’s healthy and does not contain a large number of calories. It will satisfy your sweet tooth and you won’t feel your stomach raising a revolution in your body.
You can even replace your breakfast with this. I’m all about fast and delicious breakfast, so ice cream could become option no.1 if you ask me.
The recipe is really easy to do. You just need a blender, banana, and peanut butter.
Let’s check the full recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 large and ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Directions:
- Peel the bananas and slice them into ½ inch circles
- Arrange all the slices on in 1 layer on a large plate
- Freeze them for 1-2 hours (or let them overnight)
- Place the banana slices in the blender
- Puree them scraping down the bowl if needed
- Blend until the banana becomes creamy and smooth
- Add the peanut butter
- Blend the mixture until you get a perfect combination
- Serve right away
Extra tip:
If you can’t get that creamy ice cream mixture, you can add 2 tablespoons of milk. This will help you puree the banana slices and get the right mixture.
Make sure you use a powerful blender.
I know this seems like a great meal for summer time, but who would say no to an ice cream?
Share this with your friends. They would love it!
