Awesome Breakfasts That Will Kick The Stored Fat Out

What’s a day without your perfect breakfast?

Nothing. I don’t call that a day. I will admit something to you.

I have a new habit. I stretch my upper and lower body every day. Somehow I developed a bad sleeping position.

My left shoulder and back were feeling a little bit tight over the weekend.

I started a stretching routine and now I feel better. I have never stretched before. This will definitely become a habit because I feel great after it.

If some of you want me to show you the stretch routine I use, contact me via e-mail or in the comments section below.

Right after the stretching period, I go in the kitchen. I prepare my morning smoothie and start making breakfast.

Recently I’m more of an egg person.

scrambled eggs

I mean… I’m always preparing eggs for breakfast, but this month I feel different about them.

This week I have something different on my mind.

Your breakfast should give you enough energy for the rest of the day. It needs to make sure your body will transform the stored fat into fuel for your body to act.

I think I have the right breakfast tips right here. They are very easy and simple to make.

Make sure you start your mornings with them.

Green Smoothie

If you are late for work, this simple recipe will keep you full and energized during the morning.

  •      ½ cup frozen organic berries
  •      2 large handfuls of baby spinach
  •      ½ cup low-fat plain Kefir
  •      1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  •      Iced Green Tea to thin

Prepare it like any other smoothie.

  •      2 cups chopped Kale
  •      3-4 grape tomatoes sliced in half
  •      2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Sautee the Kale and tomato with olive oil and wait until the kale is boiled. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook together.

Spinach and Feta Scramble

  •      2 whole eggs scrambled
  •      2 cups baby spinach
  •      2 tbsp. feta cheese
  •      2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Mix the spinach in the extra virgin olive oil until it wilts. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook together. Top with feta cheese.

Asparagus and Scallion Scramble

  •      2 whole eggs scrambled
  •      2 cups frozen asparagus spears diced into bite sized pieces
  •      1 scallion diced
  •      2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Put the asparagus in olive oil, add scallion and egg mixture in the pan and cook together.

Egg with Scallion and Avocado

  •      2 whole eggs (scrambled)
  •      1 scallion diced
  •      2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •      ¼ avocado diced

Add eggs, scallion and olive oil in a pan and cook. Top with avocado.

There you go. This is enough for you to go through the week. If you have any favorite ingredient, don’t hesitate to add it.

But keep it within the borders of healthy.

Bon appetite!

Your friends love healthy breakfast too. Invite them over by sharing this with them.
