What’s a day without your perfect breakfast?
Nothing. I don’t call that a day. I will admit something to you.
I have a new habit. I stretch my upper and lower body every day. Somehow I developed a bad sleeping position.
My left shoulder and back were feeling a little bit tight over the weekend.
I started a stretching routine and now I feel better. I have never stretched before. This will definitely become a habit because I feel great after it.
If some of you want me to show you the stretch routine I use, contact me via e-mail or in the comments section below.
Right after the stretching period, I go in the kitchen. I prepare my morning smoothie and start making breakfast.
Recently I’m more of an egg person.
I mean… I’m always preparing eggs for breakfast, but this month I feel different about them.
This week I have something different on my mind.
Your breakfast should give you enough energy for the rest of the day. It needs to make sure your body will transform the stored fat into fuel for your body to act.
I think I have the right breakfast tips right here. They are very easy and simple to make.
Make sure you start your mornings with them.

There you go. This is enough for you to go through the week. If you have any favorite ingredient, don’t hesitate to add it.
But keep it within the borders of healthy.
Bon appetite!
