Your hair really suffers. You should congratulate it after all the things you’ve done to damage it.
No, really. Let’s have a throwback and think of all those times when you used something that damaged it.
It’s not important if that was some expensive or cheap hair product.
The heat, the cold, the hair color that burned your hair, the hair straightener and much more.
Can you see your hair suffering through these processes?
Some of you are “protecting” it with some newly bought hair masks that will cure your hair.
They work. I can’t say they won’t give you nice results.
But they are too expensive for your budget. That’s why I came up with this solution.
You know how natural is always better, right?
Going through my notes for homemade products I found a hair mask I was using a long time ago.
I thought I lost it. Luckily for me, it still works. It contains an egg, honey and olive oil.
You will see it below.
I couldn’t leave you only with one option. That’s how I found 13 of all time greatest masks in one place.
Yes, it contained my mask, too.
Here we go:
Amla
Using Amla on your hair straightens the hair follicles. It stimulates hair growth and what’s more, it prevents split ends and hair breakage.
So, you don’t need to use this mixture only for hair growth.
Amla improves the hair pigmentation.
To prepare it you need to:
- Mix 2 teaspoons of Amla Juice
- 2 teaspoons of lime juice
- Apply it on the scalp and leave it to dry for 2 hours
- Rinse with warm water
Curry Leaves and Coconut Oil
Curry leaves are used in the kitchen. But did you know that you can use them for hair growth?
That’s right.
They are really effective for gray hair and promote hair growth. Mixing them with coconut oil is the best combo you can get.
Here is how to prepare the mixture:
- Half cup of coconut oil
- 7-8 fresh curry leaves
- Boil together
- Apply the black residue formed on your hair
- Use it twice a week and notice the difference
Egg Mask
The simplest mask for hair growth you can get. Take one egg and separate the white from the yolk.
Use the egg white as a hair mask and leave it for 15 minutes.
The egg white is rich with healing properties. It works very well for softening and restoring your hair.
With its high levels of proteins, sulphur, iron, zinc, iodine and phosphorus, this is the most simple, but really effective egg mask.
Castor Oil
The castor oil comes packed with vitamin E and amino acids. Especially filled with omega 9 amino acids. They are crucial for improving the health of the scalp and follicles.
Dilute the castor oil with coconut oil, almond oil or olive oil before using.
Massage it into your scalp and hair and wash it with a mild shampoo after an hour.
How long before you see results?
