I call the chia seeds my special source of energy. The morning smoothie or oatmeal doesn’t taste right without these tiny black thingies.
Introducing them to my clients always passes with hesitation. People don’t want to believe a tablespoon of chia seeds will make them feel awesome and more energetic.
After a while, the same clients come and tell me how I was right and these chia seeds are perfect for their health status.
I really don’t want to say to them “I told you so”, but somehow that makes me really proud of myself.
All jokes aside.
I’m here to talk about the chia seeds because my husband used the last tablespoon of chia seeds in his smoothie this morning.
I felt devastated. That’s why I treated myself with a nice omelet with full-fat cheese. I visited the nearest village this weekend and one old man gave me homemade cheese. The taste is mouthwatering!
