How To Make & Why It’s Important To Start your Day With Ginger Tea

Starting the day with green tea, coffee, smoothie, or a nice breakfast in the morning is awesome. You just can’t ask for a better start of the day, really.

When that start is followed by a stretching exercise, you will be ready to take over the world, not only the day.

But I might have something different this time. Different is good, right?

I’m talking about ginger tea. It’s really not a difficult task to prepare ginger tea, but do you know what’s the right way?

I will get back to that a little bit later. First, I need to show you all the benefits this ginger tea has and will gladly transfer into your body.

Now, the morning tea recipe.


  • 4-6 slices of raw ginger
  • 1 cup of water
  • Raw 100% organic honey
  • Ceramic saucepan


  • Pour water into the saucepan and bring it to boil
  • Add the ginger and lower the heat
  • Simmer for 15 minutes
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat
  • Pour it in a cup
  • Add raw honey to taste

And you are all done!
