16 Warning Signs of Slow Liver and Fat Cells Toxins

I’ve said this a couple of times. The liver is one of the most important organs in our body.

Consider it as a multitasking organ. Whatever the body needs, here is the liver to handle things.

It has more than 400 functions including filtering out the waste products and toxins from the body.

Like any other organ in us, liver too has the primary function. That’s converting toxins into the safe material so that it can be excreted later.

Protecting the liver means everything. You can do that by consuming a healthy diet rich in nutrients.

The food contains toxins. Some kinds less than other, but all of them are in the same cycle.

Preventing them from entering your body is nearly impossible because toxins are everywhere. In the air, you breathe every day, in the soil and water, and everywhere around you.

To prevent toxins from entering your body, you need to lock yourself in a room made of glass.

However, you can do something to flush them out of your body.

But first, let me check the symptoms of a weak liver and toxins full fat cells.

  • Abdominal pain, constipation, gasses, diarrhea, bloating

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Lethargy/feeling drained/brain fog

  • Migraines/headaches behind the eyes/dull headaches relieved with rest

  • Chronic muscle or joint pain

Now, after you notice these symptoms, you need to stimulate your liver to function better and eliminate the toxins.

Here is what you can do:

  • Reduce your alcohol intake
  • Remove GMO products and buying only organic foods
  • Eat a balanced diet
  • Use food sources of sulfur

There you have it. If you have these symptoms, please don’t panic. Check the health of your liver with your doctor before bringing any conclusions.
