When’s The BEST Time To Eat a Banana?

There is a simple answer to this question: EVERY TIME!

But, no.

Many nutritionists will not agree with me. Banana is an extremely healthy fruit that is packed with numerous benefits.

It’s the “snack” that keeps me full for a longer period of time. The fruit that is perfect to eat every day.

I even want to start a petition to change the quote “like the cherry on top” into “like a banana on top”.

Just think about it. Tell me one healthy meal where you can’t put a banana on top?

It has that amazing taste that completes the full taste you want to get from a meal.

Those morning smoothies are not the same when you don’t add a banana.

Now, let’s get back to the main topic here.

You know that bananas are eaten ripe and as soon as you see them in the kitchen.

However, nutritionists want to tell you that this is not the only good time to eat a banana.

They believe that if the banana has numerous dark spots on its peel, the cancer-preventing properties are bigger.

This really makes sense.
