There is a simple answer to this question: EVERY TIME!
Many nutritionists will not agree with me. Banana is an extremely healthy fruit that is packed with numerous benefits.
It’s the “snack” that keeps me full for a longer period of time. The fruit that is perfect to eat every day.
I even want to start a petition to change the quote “like the cherry on top” into “like a banana on top”.
Just think about it. Tell me one healthy meal where you can’t put a banana on top?
It has that amazing taste that completes the full taste you want to get from a meal.
Those morning smoothies are not the same when you don’t add a banana.

However, nutritionists want to tell you that this is not the only good time to eat a banana.
They believe that if the banana has numerous dark spots on its peel, the cancer-preventing properties are bigger.
This really makes sense.
The brown spots on the banana are the first signs of the TNF bananas contain.
A ripe banana is high in potassium, antioxidants, vitamin B and C. A Japanese study believes that the banana reaches its optimal benefits when it’s fully ripened. They boost the digestion as well.
A video that I found on YouTube shows everything you need to know about the right time to eat a banana.
