1 cup of almond milk

½ cup of ice water

1 scoop of Steel Supplements Veg-Pro Hot Cocoa Protein Powder

25 grams of dark chocolate (90%)

Preparation:

  1. Pour the almond milk and ice water into the blender, along with the scoop of vegan protein powder.
  2. Crack the chocolate bar by hand and add the pieces into the blender cup.
  3. Blend until smooth. Add ice to chill.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Granny’s Pecan Pie Smoothie

Bring back the memories of sitting around your grandmother’s kitchen and smelling the delightful, nutty scent of your favorite dessert. Perfect for nut lovers!

Ingredients:

¼ cup of pecans

1 cup of almond milk

½ cup of coconut milk

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon of almond extract

1 scoop of Steel Supplements Veg-Pro Butter Pecan Protein Powder

2 Medjool dates

Preparation:

  1. Soak the Medjool dates and pecans in water (in two separate bowls) for 30 minutes in advance.
  2. Once the dates and pecans are soaked, add them into the blender along with the almond milk and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in the cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond extract, and protein powder.
  4. Add ice to turn into a frosty, healthy dessert!

Berry Blast Protein Smoothie

There is nothing like a berry smoothie to give you an overdose of flavor, along with a ton of critical fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

½ cup of coconut milk

1 scoop of Steel Supplements Veg-Pro Strawberry Blueberry Muffin Protein Powder

½ cup of ice water

1 cup of berries (use a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries for maximum flavor)

Preparation:

  1. Pour the coconut milk, ice water, and protein powder into the blender.
  2. Add in the berries. If you’re using frozen berries, you won’t need ice. If using fresh berries, add ice to chill.
  3. Blend until smooth. (Note: Raspberries and blackberries both have hard seeds that won’t puree. If that bothers you, stick with just blueberries and strawberries).
  4. Serve into a tall glass, and don’t forget the straw!

Banana Pudding Supreme Smoothie

Bananas are loaded with fiber, natural energy-boosting sugars, and potassium (essential for regulating your body’s fluid balance). Get ready for an ultra-healthy, protein-rich vegan smoothie!

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 scoop of Steel Supplements Veg-Pro Banana Pancakes Protein Powder

1 cup of rice milk

1 drizzle of maple syrup

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Preparation:

  1. Set the chia seeds to soak in half a cup of the rice milk 30 minutes in advance.
  2. Once the chia seeds have swollen (to a thick, pudding-like consistency), add them into the blender with the rest of the rice milk, the banana (frozen is always best), maple syrup, and the protein powder.
  3. Blend until smooth and well-mixed. Add ice as needed.
  4. Drink to your heart’s content!
