Having pancakes for breakfast is not bad. It’s not bad at all. Especially when you make them, and you know, they won’t damage your healthy lifestyle.
The 2-ingredient healthy pancakes you will see below are pure magic. What you will feel in your mouth is an absolute explosion.
I’m not sure if I mentioned this, but I started using WHEY protein powder a week ago. I wanted to test what’s in there and why many people are using it.
I’m consuming it every morning during breakfast (except when I have a smoothie for breakfast) and after my daily workout.
This morning was different. I wanted to have eggs for breakfast, but eating them boiled or like an omelet was not an option.
I wanted something different, delicious, healthy, and something that I can combine with the protein shake.
What’s better for breakfast than healthy pancakes?
You don’t need flour or everything else you put in the mixture. You just need:
- Two eggs
- ½ cup of ripe, mashed bananas
That would be all. You are ready to prepare the mix.
Take a bowl, put in the two eggs and bananas, and mix. Continue mixing it until you get a nice combination. While mixing, place the pancakes pan over medium heat. Pour only 1/4 of the mixture into the pan and cook until you see the pancake bubbling.
After that, flip it and cook the other side, as well. The ingredients are enough for five pancakes.
When you have your pancakes, share them with your family. Pour a glass of that chocolate flavored protein shake and enjoy!
