The nicotine constricts the blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to the skin. When your skin is not getting these crucial elements, it loses its tone and elasticity.

What I need to do to prevent this from happening?
The first thing you need to do is facing its power. Don’t be afraid to include calcium, vitamin C and protein rich foods. These elements support the tightening of the ligaments and prevent sagging.
Do sports. Get fit with various exercises. There are pectoral muscles under the breasts. Make them stronger. Swimming is fun and helps the chest area.
Massages with ice cubes and olive oil. Your breasts need something cold.
Massaging them in a circular motion with ice cubes will help your breasts regain their tissue firmness. After that, wear a well-fitted bra and lay down for about 20 minutes.
Your breasts will become firmer after a couple of olive oil massages. Olive oil is rich with antioxidants and by entering through the skin it neutralizes the free radicals.
Massage for 15 minutes with olive oil and you will start stimulating blood flow and cell repair.
Last but not least, do what you do best. Stay healthy, stand still, correct your posture, drink water, don’t tend to lose weight drastically and start jogging without a standard bra. (use special running bra, similar to the image below)
I think every woman should know this. Every woman would be happy if she can prevent sagging breasts as much as possible.
