  • Mix milk, half-and-half, bourbon, sugar, and vanilla in a pitcher. Stir well. Place the mixture in the freezer until it becomes slushy, which should take at least 3 to 4 hours or up to 24 hours. Stir it thoroughly and serve in chilled glasses, garnished with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
