Mandarin Punch
Instructions
- Combine the sugar, ½ cup of water, and spices in a small saucepan. Heat the mixture while stirring until the sugar melts, forming a thick, clear syrup. Please remove it from the heat, add the citrus juices, and stir again. Let the mixture cool for at least half an hour. Afterward, strain it into a bowl and add the candied ginger, mint, and extract. Stir well to combine.
- Take a wine goblet or tall glass and fill it with crushed ice. Ladle in ¼ to ½ cup of the prepared mixture. Please give it a gentle stir, and then top it off with club soda.
