Here is how you can make it.

First you need:

  •      2 tablespoons of honey
  •      1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  •      250 ml of water

Then, you take these ingredients and

  •      Pour previously boiled water over the cinnamon
  •      Cover it until it’s cooled
  •      Add the honey and stir until it melts
  •      Don’t add the honey while the water is too hot. It will lose the nutrients

Drink half of the mixture before bed. Put the other half in the fridge.

You’ll need to drink it in the morning before breakfast.

Don’t pre-heat it.
