  1. I would also like to know if I have to peel the lemon or not? I don’t peel cucumber coz that’s where all the goodness is so was just wondering if I have to peel the lemon first.
    I go to bad later then everyone else could I make it before they go to bed and just keep in the fridge till it’s time to drink?

      I prefer it fresh. If you know what I mean. It’s not a hard thing to do. You’ll be able to finish it in 2 minutes the most. Leaving it in the fridge for a couple of days could lose all the essential nutrients and vitamins.

      But, again, you can test it out and see what happens.

      The cucumber length is not that important here because it’s all healthy after all. However, if you need the correct length, go for a medium one.

      I prefer the juice of the lemon. The skin is little bitterish, and that’s what ruins the taste of it. Of course, it’s your choice whether to peel the skin or not.

      I love the curiosity. There is no harm if you peel the cucumber or not. I just wanted to stay protected from people who will say that the skins could have some germs or pesticides attached to them and they don’t want that in their juice.

      That’s the reason why I decided to go with skinless cucumber.

      You can try, but I think you won’t get the same result. The final mixture will be in the form of a smoothie, instead of juice and I doubt that all juices will be extracted perfectly. But hey, you are welcome to try something new and share your experience with it.

    I’m going to try this but I do have two questions. One, I don’t have a juicer but I have a magic bullet. Will I get the same affect. Second, I realize these are all natural foods but I take seizure medications. Should I check with my dr. One more. In order for you to get the full benefit of this, you also need to exercise right?

  7. If u just cut all the ingredients in a jar of 1/3 water without using blender or juicer will the reffects be the same, iam asking this for the good of those who dont have a blender or juicer

  8. Thank you! this drink actually doesn’t taste too bad, it even passed the husband test. I chugged it through a straw to help with the weird texture and i added about a two inch long slice of aloe vera to it for its fat burning and detox properties( can find whole aloe Vera leaves for 1.28 at WinCo )…also i love this drink because i get super bad cravings at night but this topped my tummy off to the point of being too full to want any snacks :]
    I have had two kids three years ago and kill myself at the gym and even cut out all dairy and most sugar and STILL cant get rid of the belly pooch and stayed at the same body fat Percentage! so frustrating…hope this works, i will post results in a week or so.

  9. I tried the cucumber and whole lemon peeled with parsley. I didn’t see it where you added the ginger. But I mixed watermelon in with it and it works just as good! Just drink plenty of water after going to bathroom. These drinks can dehydrate you quickly! I also tried and did the vinager drink with Grapefruit but not with honey. I lost about 18 pounds. Not something you want to do on a daily basis for a long period of time . It can bring your blood pressure and cholesterol down. If you are on any medication please consult your doctor before using vinegar or Grapefruit juices.

    • I’m trying this for the first time myself, I have acid reflex to, I noticed that salty and spicy taste. But I’ll take my acids reducer first thing every morning, I just need to loose some weight in my waist and hip area. I’ll post my results in about a week from now, wish me luck everyone.

  14. Am on it and it works. I Av a big Tummy And my tummy is down not to two weeks have started now. There is changes. I do not peel the lemon neither peel the cucumber. I blend all together and drink

  15. FYI… this drink should be taken before meals or in the morning but not before bedtime cucumbers are slow digestive food that can easily upset your stomach and disturb your sleep especially that this drink contains an entire cucumber
