I’ll tell you a little secret. I’m addicted to alkaline water. I keep it very simple. There is nothing better than a raw lemon squeezed in 1.5 liters of water.
Nothing. I’m telling you. The lemon makes the room temperature water perfect for drinking. It’s addictive and I drink the required amount of water without any difficulty.
I said difficulty because many people find it difficult to drink 2-2.5 liters of water a day.
Why does your water need to be alkaline?
There are many factors that lead to this. No one has said you need to drink alkaline water to be healthy.
It’s just, the taste and the increased effectiveness when it comes to fighting off diseases.
This is where the biggest benefits are hidden.
Many outside factors like the environment, processed foods, stress, chemicals, and many others make our body acidic. Very acidic.
Through the years, there are many studies that covered our acidic body. There is one study that dates from way back (from 1931). It was conducted by Dr. Otto Warburg.
He is a Nobel Prize winner in Psychology and Medicine. He declared that almost 95% of all types of cancer occur as a result of this acidic environment.
On top of that, Dr. Otto revealed that cancer cells are not able to survive in an alkaline environment.
With that being said, the alkaline water is coming your way to make your life easier and protected.
- 1 tablespoon of Himalayan salt
- 1 organic lemon
- 2 liters of purified water
- 1 large glass jar
- Pour the water in the glass
- Cut the lemon in slices and add to the water
- Add the Himalayan salt
- Cover the glass and leave it for 24 hours at room temperature
There are no instructions of how to drink this alkaline water. I drink 2.5 liters a day of my version of alkaline water and I feel 10 years younger.
