The Raw Deal Tea
– Ingredients
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon finely grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ tsp. raw honey
- ½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
– Directions:
- Add all of these ingredients in hot water. Stir until ready.

The honey and cinnamon are packed with antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties.
This means they are equipped to destroy any bacteria that will come to their way. Plus, they will strengthen up your immune system.
The Hot Pineapple Elixir
– Ingredients
- ½ – 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. honey
- ½ tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
– Directions
- Put all of these ingredients in a saucer
- Heat them lightly to your preference

Pineapples are one of those anti-inflammatory fruits. They do a great job reducing phlegm and soothe the throat. They are rich in Vitamin C.
I talked a lot about cayenne pepper. It provides the right kick and comes as reinforcement when your body feels like it’s going to fall down.
Last but not least, the ACV. The magical ingredient you can’t live without. With its alkalizing properties, the ACV makes you feel like new.
The Wellness Monster
– Ingredients
- 1 dash of turmeric powder
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 1-2 dashes of cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 drop of mint extract

- Blend the lemon and ginger together
- Add the turmeric, cayenne pepper and mint
- Stir while adding enough hot water to double the size of this mixture
