Ingredients

  •      ¼ cup almond milk
  •      1/3 can coconut milk
  •      2 tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions

  •      Drop 2 tbsp. of chia seeds into a jar with a lid
  •      Add ¼ cup of almond and the coconut milk
  •      Shake the jar very well
  •      Leave the mixture to sit for a half hour letting the seeds expand
  •      This will create a nice gelatinous texture of the pudding
  •      Top it with fresh berries, raw honey and almonds for a fiber finish.
