Everything is perfect until that “sweet tooth” starts to bother you. This usually happens to diabetics. People with a no-sugar way of living have learned how to live without sweets.
When their cheat day comes, they get loose and eat all the sweets in the world. I know because I’m like that when cheat day comes.
But, diabetics are different. They can’t eat sugar sweets when they want to. It’s not important how they feel at the moment, one single sweet cookie could spike a big problem.
What do we do in situations like that? – I search for healthy and delicious desserts that will satisfy your sweet tooth and don’t damage your healthy diet.
However, this doesn’t mean that you can eat these non-stop. Make sure you keep it within your needs. Don’t overeat them.
