In honor of The Minimalist column bidding farewell from the Dining section, we present a Champagne cocktail crafted with the expertise of bartender Jim Meehan.It's a fitting choice for a celebratory yet bittersweet occasion.
Instructions
- In a flute glass, gently stir the bitters, juice, and syrup together. Once well combined, pour in the Champagne. Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink, rub it along the rim, and discard it.
