Many versions of this is out and after trying several versions, I settled on 2 TBL of Braggs, just a small squirt of RAW honey, a half tsp. of Ceylon Cinnamon– mix it into 8-12 oz. of filtered water, add some stevia for taste, then drink– my hunger has all but disappeared, I feel great and most definitely recommend it!

  2. I heat up the honey slightly put in my vinegar and add the water period I like mine cold. So that’s how I take it. I hate it the vinegar slaw this so that it would dissolve in the water better. And it does period usually 15 seconds or less depending on the strength of your microwave oven.

  3. Question: I am intermittently fasting, and don’t eat until noon. But I do drink coffee in the morning. Is this mixture OK to have in the morning, if I’ll continue to have an empty stomach until the afternoon? Or should I wait until about 30 minutes before I eat?
