Why and how come exactly these ingredients make the perfect successful combination?
That’s a great question!
This natural remedy is very powerful because of its chemical characteristics and the interaction with our body.
Although many of you already said out loud that the vinegar is naturally sour, the best part is that it becomes alkaline once you digest it.
The same thing happens with the honey. It has very low level of pH, but increases the body alkalinity after you consume it.
Living a stressful life, consuming processed and unhealthy foods makes your body acidic.
By drinking this natural drink you will maintain the pH balance in your body.
This way, you will transform your body from acidic to fully alkaline organism!
I can see your reaction from all the way here now.
It’s like… This is extremely helpful and good for my health, but how do I make it?
Before you see the proper mixture, you need to keep in mind that both ingredients need to be in their raw forms and unfiltered!
With that being said you just need to mix together:
1 teaspoon of raw honey
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1 cup of hot water
Expect a strong taste.
I’m sure it will be difficult for you to consume it in the first place, but after a while it will become your favorite morning drink.
Before I say to you to share this magic potion with your friends because you care about their health too, I need to tell you this.
The most beneficial time for drinking this mixture is on an empty stomach early in the morning.
I’m talking about 20 or 30 minutes before your breakfast every day.
I usually drink it before I start preparing my breakfast. It takes 20 to 30 minutes before everything it’s done.
I can already feel the benefits of this drink and I definitely feel better.
Try it on yourself and see how it benefits on your body.

It has to be hot when you drink it or can you let it cool down and drink warm or cold?
Is this safe for pregnant peeps?
Many versions of this is out and after trying several versions, I settled on 2 TBL of Braggs, just a small squirt of RAW honey, a half tsp. of Ceylon Cinnamon– mix it into 8-12 oz. of filtered water, add some stevia for taste, then drink– my hunger has all but disappeared, I feel great and most definitely recommend it!
How often do you take your mixture.
Can kids drink this as well, or how young can we start them with this routine?
I heat up the honey slightly put in my vinegar and add the water period I like mine cold. So that’s how I take it. I hate it the vinegar slaw this so that it would dissolve in the water better. And it does period usually 15 seconds or less depending on the strength of your microwave oven.
You never really answered the question about why it has to be on an empty stomach. I would like to have it with my coffee …
Question: I am intermittently fasting, and don’t eat until noon. But I do drink coffee in the morning. Is this mixture OK to have in the morning, if I’ll continue to have an empty stomach until the afternoon? Or should I wait until about 30 minutes before I eat?
