Why lunch for champions?
Because we are just that. Champions!
This weekend was really hard for me. I couldn’t find the furniture I was looking for.
IKEA was my last chance to get what I imagined.
Us, me and my husband, were so hungry when we got there.
I was desperate to find what I was looking for and go home, cook some quick lunch and relax.
He had an idea to go on the upper floor and have lunch.
I didn’t agree. Of course.
After 5 minutes of discussing what should we do next, we decided to eat.
What we had? – Traditional Swedish Meatballs.
I think I can still feel their taste.
At first I thought they are so delicious because I’m hungry.
After a while, I couldn’t stop thinking about them.
I decided to search for Swedish meatballs recipes in order to see what’s so amazing about them.
It turned out that I wasn’t the only one who couldn’t forget about them.
There were millions of comments searching for the best recipe.
I made a longer list with all the meatballs recipes. I trimmed the list with the most voted and commented ones.

That was my first time eating there.
Now when I have all these recipes I can cook this traditional meal every time I want.
Oh and yes. I didn’t find what I was looking for.
However, I was very satisfied and felt like a champion after this delicious meal.
