People question the abilities of the banana.

You should remember one thing:

Bananas have always been known as some of the healthiest fruits

And there is no question about it.

Don’t get confused about the title. I know the banana doesn’t have juice in it.

It’s just what you get when you mix it up with other ingredients like milk or other juicy fruits.

Why 7 recipes?

People are busy. I know because I am. I want to have a special meal for every day of the week.

After a while they will get boring and I need to move on to something different.

Knowing what you will do for tomorrow morning lowers the pain and removes the extra time you need to think about what to prepare.

My mother used to say: “When you tell me what to cook for lunch I feel relieved”.

I never understood this saying until I became a mother myself.

And 7 because it’s my husband’s lucky number. No, he isn’t gambling.

That’s the day he met me.


All jokes aside, we have some planning to do. This week is slowly coming to an end. It’s best to prepare these juices for next week and all the weeks after.

As usual, I will start with Monday. Do you want to know what’s going down for Monday?

Pay a visit to the nearest grocery store on Sunday and pick up bananas with several other ingredients so that you can make this:

Monday – Get yourself familiar with bananas with the Straight Banana Smoothie

  •      Two bananas, frozen
  •      One tbsp. of raw honey
  •      One tbsp. of vanilla
  •      ½ a cup of almond milk

Do what you do best. Place them all in a blender and blend.

Tuesday – Surprise your body with Banana Blueberry Smoothie

  •      One banana (frozen or fresh)
  •      2/3 cup of blueberries (frozen)
  •      Half a cup of vanilla soy milk
  •      1½ teaspoons of flaxseed
  •      One cup of yogurt (fat free)
  •      1½ teaspoons of raw honey


  •      Cut the banana into smaller pieces and put them into the blender
  •      Add the other ingredients without the blueberries
  •      Blend at low speed and slowly add the blueberries
  •      Increase the speed
  •      Enjoy

Wednesday – Add Apple to brighten your day with Apple Banana Smoothie

  •      One frozen banana
  •      Half a cup of orange juice
  •      A quarter of milk
  •      1 Apple, chopped, peeled and cored

Blend all ingredients in a blender until they are smooth.


Thursday – Delightful pleasure with Orange Banana Delight

  •      1 banana
  •      1½ cups of orange juice
  •      1 cup of strawberries (cut in half)
  •      1 tbsp. of lime juice

Put all ingredients in the blender. Do the magic with the blender. Enjoy.

Friday – May the force before the weekend be with you with Berries and Bananas

  •      1 cup of different berries, frozen
  •      1 Ripe banana, frozen
  •      ½ a cup of vanilla yogurt
  •      ¼ cup of orange juice

Combine all of the ingredients in the blender. Process them until they are smooth. Prepare for a good day.

Saturday – Start the weekend energetic with Banana Coconut

  •      1 chopped banana
  •      6 frozen cubes of coconut milk
  •      6 cubes skim milk (frozen)

Blend all together and feel the energy running through your veins

Sunday – Relax your body and soul with Papaya-Banana Smoothie

  •      1 cup of milk
  •      ¼ cup of Greek Yogurt
  •      1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  •      1 small ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  •      ½ large, ripe papaya, peeled and chopped

Combine these ingredients in a blender for green smoothies and see you on Monday!

After this, let’s start all over again.
