Your Diet is Poor
Tiredness can also result from eating too little, eating a diet that is not balanced, or even overeating. Thus, watch both your nutrient and calorie intake. Don’t forget about water too. Dehydration can also cause tiredness.
Lack of Quality Sleep
As an adult, you need 7-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep. When you don’t get quality sleep, you will wake up tired, fatigued and you will not be able to concentrate well throughout the day. There are a couple of factors that can affect the quality of sleep you get every day. Examples include your physical health, what you eat before bed, when you go to bed, how clean and organized your bedroom is, and your psychological well-being. Some conditions, such as snoring, can also cause you to wake up at night, thus reducing the amount of sleep you get. Seek help if you have any condition that interferes with sleep. Other than being a sign of an illness, tiredness can also be a side effect of medication. Thus, if you are currently on drugs and feeling tired all the time, talk to your doctor about it.
