Mmmmm I can smell the bread in the oven. It’s really rare when I decide to bake bread. This day I felt like it. Even my husband was surprised. He has quit eating bread only because I did it.
Sometimes I feel sorry for that, but that’s what support is. Today I wanted to surprise him. And I can say I achieved my goal.
While he was at work, I searched the Internet for low-carb and gluten-free bread recipes. You won’t believe what I’ve found. It was really tough for me to pick a recipe and bake the bread. There were so many recipes and ideas.
I picked the cauliflower protein bread. It smells delicious. It’s still in the oven. I can’t wait to taste it.
Here are all recipes I found. You can pick the one you like the most. I think I will try all of them in the next 20 days.
