The way I’m consuming bananas every day I think they will start to grow in my stomach.

I’m kidding.

You can see that he really loves me.

I’m like a radar for bananas. I notice them everywhere.

I love them in recipes like this.

Smoothies are not the “real thing” without bananas.

This time, I found a belly fat burning drink.

It is said that if you consume this drink regularly you will be able to see the results within a week.

The banana is that type of fruit that has a high level of potassium.

This means that it builds strong muscles and has the ability to scare away the toxins out of your body.

In combination with other nutritive ingredients, the banana is highly beneficial and efficient.

Ingredients:

  •      1 banana
  •      1 orange
  •      ½ glass low-fat or fat-free yoghurt (Greek Yoghurt)
  •      1 tbsp. coconut oil
  •      ¼ tbsp. ginger powder
  •      2 tbsps. flax seed
  •      2 tbsps. Whey powder

Instructions:

  • Mix them all in your blender. Blend, pour in a glass, drink and enjoy!

I would drink this in the morning. It’s very nutritive and will give me the benefit of having a great day.

Maintain your diet and enrich it with this drink.

  1. I made this morning. It didn’t say you had to peel the orange, since the peel of oranges and lemons are good for you, I put in a little bit. Next time I make it, I will leave it out. Didn’t like the little pieces.

  2. This sounds bogus. “It is said”–by whom?

    “Half a glass.” Huh? How many ounces is that? Or, how large is the glass?

  4. This is bogus…just eat the banana and the orange and skip the rest. Whey powder is not even good for the body and most gain weight on whey. Just eat fruits, veggies, grains, and beans. Clean whole foods.

  5. I find it interesting that many have asked questions, yet the author has not answered any of them. Bananas are food. Oranges are full of sugar. Whey is not the best thing in the world for your body. Why not just mix Greek yogurt w/a banana and add some cinnamon?

  8. It would be nice if the amount of calories total for this smoothie could be added. i am counting calories with each meal choice, and i really love this tasty breakfast smoothie!

      I think the total amount of calories for this drink is 350-380. It depends on how big the banana and orange are and the low-fat yogurt nutrition facts. The flax seed and coconut oil will add a few healthy fats that will keep you full for a longer time of the day.

      It’s meant to replace your breakfast.

  9. Who says definitively that Whey is bad for you? There are great articles and publications that would argue for and against Whey based on “Science.” It’s a complete protein and this recipe calls for only two tablespoons per serving.
    Like Whey, there are many animal and plant based foods that we should not eat in excess or they could be harmful. We should read everything and make a personal informed decision based a regime of balanced nutrition.
