I knew childbirth would be painful. I mean pushing a human out of your vajajay, there’s some things that go without saying.
But nothing prepared me for when I actually gave birth to my daughter.
So spare a thought for an Australian woman Natashia Corrigan.
Her baby boy Brian is one of the largest babies ever born in Australia.
Brian tipped the scales at a tremendous 6 kgs — or 13.11 lbs — meaning he was born at twice the size of an average baby.
Born at Mercy Hospital, in Melbourne, Australia on January 24, a side by side picture of Brian and an average sized baby shows just how enormous he is.
Despite Brian’s humongous size Natashia’s gave birth naturally.
The new mom only had a little bit of gas to help ease the pain (ouch.)
Baby Brian also measures an astounding 22 inches long and is the heaviest baby ever born at Mercy Hospital.
Appearing on 7 News Natashia said she was hoping for a ‘little fat baby’ but was still surprised about just how big he was.
‘I dreamed of a little fat baby,’ mum Natashia Corrigan said on 7 News.
‘I’ve always wanted a little fat baby and I’ve got a big one!’
Writing on social media Natashia wrote: ‘It’s hard to get our minds around such a whirlwind of a day…I never dreamed we’d get so much love for our BIG baby boy and family.’
‘I never dreamed he’d be this big, thought he’d be an 11 pounder at the max!’
‘But we were blessed with a safe delivery of a 13.5 pounder! I’m still in shock!! Lol Thanks again to everyone!‘
And what makes this story even better. Brian’s last name? Liddle!
