  1. The clue is in the picture celery, cucumber, parsley and water. And if I was you I would put in lemon (lemon is also good for kidneys, your heart and metabolism).

  3. I would also like to know if I have to peel the lemon or not? I don’t peel cucumber coz that’s where all the goodness is so was just wondering if I have to peel the lemon first.
    I go to bad later then everyone else could I make it before they go to bed and just keep in the fridge till it’s time to drink?

      I prefer it fresh. If you know what I mean. It’s not a hard thing to do. You’ll be able to finish it in 2 minutes the most. Leaving it in the fridge for a couple of days could lose all the essential nutrients and vitamins.

      But, again, you can test it out and see what happens.

      The cucumber length is not that important here because it’s all healthy after all. However, if you need the correct length, go for a medium one.

      I prefer the juice of the lemon. The skin is little bitterish, and that’s what ruins the taste of it. Of course, it’s your choice whether to peel the skin or not.

  7. Why do you need to peel the cucumber if it’s going through a juicer? Just curious because I’ve never peeled my cucumbers before juicing them.

      I love the curiosity. There is no harm if you peel the cucumber or not. I just wanted to stay protected from people who will say that the skins could have some germs or pesticides attached to them and they don’t want that in their juice.

      That’s the reason why I decided to go with skinless cucumber.

      You can try, but I think you won’t get the same result. The final mixture will be in the form of a smoothie, instead of juice and I doubt that all juices will be extracted perfectly. But hey, you are welcome to try something new and share your experience with it.
