Blac Chyna Files a Lawsuit against the entire Kardashian Clan

Rob’s ex could walk away with a huge chunk of the Kardashian-Jenner fortune

Believe it or not, the never ending circus instigated by Rob Kardashian and his ex-fiancé/baby mama/publicity partner, Blac Chyna, just hit a new level of outright pettiness.

On Tuesday, Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit at the Los Angeles Superior Court office, alleging that a “vindictive” Rob along with his mother Kris, and sisters Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Kylie and Kendall, used the family’s public influence to slut-shame the former model after the couple’s early 2017 breakup.

According to court documents, actions taken by the Kardashians in the months following the couples split have caused “significant damages” to Blac Chyna’s “public brand”. Case in point: Rob’s infamous decision to post nude photos of his ex on social media which, according to information obtained by USA TODAY, influenced the E! Network’s decision to cancel the couple’s reality show, Rob & Chyna, after just one season. Lawsuit documents also expand on Blac Chyna’s claims that Rob was allegedly abusive throughout the course of the couple’s short lived romance:

“Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White [Blac Chyna], the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016,” the documents state. “In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season.”

It remains unclear how much Black Chyna is asking for in damages. But her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, insists that she’s lost out on “many, many millions” of dollars as a result of the Kardashian’s media slandering – possibly hinting at huge payday for the 29-year-old reality TV star.

Rob and Blac Chyna officially split earlier this year, but the former couple remains connected through their 11-month-old daughter, Dream Kardashian. Here’s to hoping that the two will get it together for the sake of their baby girl!
