I have to tell you what happened to me last night.
It was my son coming home from his cardio session.
He was really hungry. I could see it in his eyes.
I knew he would come back home like that, so I did something special for him.
Of course, I didn’t tell him right away.
I let him go in the shower and ask for food.
You know, just to see how he would do it. We moms love doing that.
Here is my son walking towards me asking: “Mom what’s for dinner? – I’m really hungry”.
I said to him, well what do you expect? – What do you want to eat right now?
His answer made me really proud. He said:
I really love to eat some of your masterful healthy dinners.
You see the appreciation here?
I’m proud for raising him with healthy habits.
Then it hit me.
